Key Deliverables: Certificate Syllabus, Curriculum Outline by Week, Digital Learning Resources, Live Session Facilitator’s Guides, Live Session Presentations, Project Framework
Live Cohort Facilitation
Timing: Monthly or Weekly Virtual Cohorts, Scheduled based on Client Need
About: One of our Leadership Doctors facilitates the live sessions for the learning journey. Clients determine the timing of the live sessions, ideally consisting of cohorts with 3-20 participants.
